Big Room East Village/Gramercy

** The room is for ONE person only.
** The building doesn?t aloud PETS unfortunately.
** The room is unfurnished but happy to provide some furniture for the right roomie if necessary.

The apartment is located in the limit between Gramercy & East Village, E15th street between 1st & 2nd ave (this is not Stuytown)
The monthly price is $1400 + 1 month deposit that you get back when when you move out.

THE ROOM:
* Can fit a queen size bed (or king if you don?t mind having less floor space) big dresser desk and chair.
* Two big windows with lots of natural light.
* Non of the windows are facing the busy streets so is pretty quiet.
* Big double door built in closet, with lots of hanging space.
* AC unit.
* The room has real walls and door (I feel that this is worth mentioning in New York lol)

THE APARTMENT:
* A true 3 bedroom apartment with separate living room area.
* There is a small dinning table that fits two (not shown on the photos)
* The bathroom is pretty big too, about 6.5 x 5ft not including the bathtub.
* 49 inch flat screen smart tv, with Hulu, Netflix, Prime, etc.
* High speed WiFi.
* We have a lot of workout equipment for everyone to use now that gyms are closed.
* Fully equipped kitchen (water filter, microwave, vitamix, juicer, food processor, etc).
* Very quiet building and neighbors, no bars or restaurants on our street.
* 5 min walk to all the fun of Gramercy/East Village (bars, restaurants, cinema, etc)
* There are 2 different Trader Joe?s and a Wholefoods 5-7 min walking distance.
* About 4 to 5 gyms within walking distance.
* This is not Stuytown, is a small building with five floors and about 20 units.
* One block to the bus stop and subway stop 1st Ave on the L train.
* Five minutes walk to Union Square, subway N, Q, R, 4, 5 and 6.
* Bills are around $60 a month, during the summer it can go up a bit if we're all using the AC.

ABOUT US:
Two girls, super chilled, we like to go out for a drink together once in a while or stay home watching a movie or have a beer.
We are not OCD but we like to keep the common areas clean.
We don?t have an issue with having a friend or two over once in a while, or an overnight guest, within reason and common sense.

ABOUT YOU:
We don't need to be best friends, but we are looking for someone we can get along with and have a nice vibe in the apartment. Clean & respectful.
