One room available in a 2 bedroom apartment located in a prime Gramercy location. You?ll be sharing the place with one NYU student who spends most of the day in online classes. The room gets a ton of light and overlooks a quiet garden in the back of the building. The building is well run and management is great with any maintenance issues. Room comes furnished with bed, mattress and a dresser and there is a large closet as well. Dates are flexible. We are Covid safe!
