Resident looking for someone to take my room

I am looking for anyone to take my bedroom. It is a loft apt. The only room upstairs with ur own bathroom and tv included. The room is next to the living room (both upstairs) and other rOOMATES do not utilize living room much. There is a toy poodle around 4 pounds that loves there sometimes. All my furniture will be included. I am leaving because I no longer need to live in nyc. Email me for video of apt. It’s a really nice place and deal. there is a gym and work area in the building.
