This apartment has 3 bedrooms and 1 flex room, and we are looking for a roommate for one of the bedrooms.
This apartment has lots of common closet storage unlike other Manhattan apartments. FB didn't allow 1.5 above but it is actually a 1.5 bath.

It is a great spot to sun bathe or hang out or workout. 10 minutes to East side river park. 10 minutes to the closest subway line - 6. Across from Morton Williams. 15 minutes from Trader Joe's.
