Monthly Rent: $1700 (includes wifi, heat, water, electric, gas)

We are a couple looking for someone to rent out one of the bedrooms in our 2 bedroom/1bath apartment (AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE MOVE IN) in the heart of Greenwich Village on a tree lined street. One block from Wash. sq. Park and NYU, and less than 5 min walk to trains B/D/F/M, N/R, A/C/E, 1/6. 10 min walk to Soho, LES, and East Village.

The apartment is on the 6th floor in a prewar building. There are no elevators so it is conducive to daily exercise!
Living room, kitchen, and bathroom are fully furnished, however, you will need to furnish your own room. The rental room can fit a full sized or queen sized bed and room for one other piece of furniture. There is no closet.

About us: We are working professionals in our mid-20s with busy schedules that require a lot of travel. We tend to keep to ourselves but would love to have a roommate who is either a working professional or a student with a similar busy lifestyle.

You: Ability to pay rent on time. Must be comfortable living with a couple. Clean, respectful of common areas/bringing guests home, non-smoker, and laid-back. Preferably female, but open to female or male. We are LGBT friendly. If you are a student, please provide guarantor information.

Upon move-in first payment: $4,400
1st month's ($1,700) + security deposit (last month's rent $1,700) + portion of broker's fee ($1,000)
