We are an international home of 3 professionals looking for another professional between the ages of 30 - 40 to move into our Greenwich Village home on Jan 1, 2024. The room is available for 2 months and can be extended if interested.

Location:
Located in Greenwich Village, a block away from Washington Square Park. We are surrounded by restaurants, bars, grocery stores, pharmacies, shops, etc. Anything you could want is walking distance from our centrally located place.

4 min walk from West 4th Street Station (A, B, C, D, E, F, M trains)
5 min walk to the Bleecker Street Station (6 train)

Room:
The available room on the 2nd floor is very bright with a lovely window that gets sun from the East. The bathroom/shower is shared with 1 other person but is on the same floor as the room. A MASSIVE built-in closet, mattress, bed-frame, dresser, and table will be in the room for the renter's use.

Common Space:
We have a shared living room, kitchen and outdoor private patio that everyone is welcome to use.

Rent:
$1850 per month + bills/utilities. A cleaning lady comes twice a month to clean common space and bathrooms. Utilities are not included in the rent, they are calculated/divided at the end of each month and added to the rent.

1 month's rent is expected as a deposit.
The rental is a month to month sublease agreement.
