For reference, the room currently has a queen-size bed, dresser, and 46" TV with clear views of the Empire State building and additional closet space throughout the apartment.

The apartment building has a 24/7 doorman service, washers, dryers, and a trash room on every floor, central cooling/heating system, and three elevators. There is a 24/hr CVS on the ground floor of the building, a grocery store two blocks away, and is surrounded by great restaurants and bars in Greenwich Village.

The apartment is two blocks south of Washington Square Park, one block north of SoHo, a 6-minute walk from the 4&6 trains, a 7-minute walk to ACE&FDBM trains, and an 8-minute walk to the 1&2.

Rent is $1,900 + internet and gas/electric. High-Speed Verizon Fios internet service is currently $41.24/month for each person. Gas and Electric currently averages around $55 each person. The average all-inclusive rent would be approximately $2,000 per month.

I'm an IT Sales professional that works from home, even pre-COVID-19, but I don't crowd the shared living space with work stuff. My work desk/area is in my bedroom.
