Apartment with Roof by West 4th Stop

My roommate is moving out of our two bed one bath apartment in Greenwich Village and I am looking for someone to fill his room. It is a tight space but your bedroom is big enough to fit a queen sized bed with a dresser and a small desk. I am a twenty five year old man from New Jersey who loves college sports and live music. I try to keep my apartment clean, tidying up every day and doing a deeper clean once a month or so. The apartment is mostly furnished though we'll need to get a new couch, I just used the old photos from StreetEasy.
