A friend of ours is moving out on short notice, and we have a bedroom available in our first floor walkup apartment at West 3rd and Thompson Street in Greenwich Village.

- 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 living room/kitchen with galley and island, 1 private patio in back
- Massive, fully furnished living room including two couches, big-screen smart TV, and bar cart (always at least semi-stocked)
- Fully stocked kitchen with utensils, plates, pans, etc.
- In-unit washer and dryer
- 16 foot ceilings in the common area
- Exposed brick along one wall
- Private patio in back furnished with artificial turf, tables, and outdoor lounge furniture (the roof is also fully furnished, but we share that with the rest of the building)
- Half flight of stairs walkup, so we're above street level

ABOUT US
- Four professional males: 2 lawyers, 1 in private equity, 1 in consulting. All mid-to-late 20s. We work hard during the week; we socialize frequently on weekends. We would prefer someone who shares our outlook.

RENTING INFORMATION
Room is available November 30th at the earliest, short- or long- term stay welcome. For the more price-conscious renter, we could shuffle rooms a tad to get you into a smaller room at $2128 per month instead.
