Room in cute, spacious Greenwich Village Apt

I'm looking to sublet my room in a beautiful, prime, safe Greenwich Village location, just 1 block away from Washington Square Park for the summer (June-Aug) to a young, professional or student female. The apartment is a true two bedroom apartment, both rooms are off of the living room so there is a lot of privacy. There is a small, separate kitchen with a dishwasher and washer/dryer combo in the unit (more laundry machines are also in the basement of the building). The living room has a fireplace (not usable but a nice feature) and a large L-shaped couch, really spacious and very high ceilings. The unit is in the back of the building and overlooks a courtyard with a small coy pond, so it's very quiet despite being amidst the downtown action! Looking for someone neat and clean, not loud, someone who is a positive person and would treat the space as her own. My current roommate is so sweet, kind and so easy to live with and get along with. Excited to meet someone great to sublet my room for the summer!
