Hello there! I?m a cheerful and easy going girl in my early twenties looking for a roomie. I'm in my senior year at NYU and have been living in the apartment for the past three years. I?m very clean and respectful of any space I am in. In my free time I love hanging out with friends, enjoying a glass of wine and exploring this amazing city. My current roommate, who?s moving to DC, is in her 20?s and we get along really well, so I?m looking for another girl who is either in college or a recent grad and is nice/respectful of others belongings.

This lovely two bedroom, one bathroom is on the second floor in the heart of Soho (and one block away from Spring Street subway station). The whole apartment features high ceilings, natural light and hardwood floors. Located on a picturesque tree-lined street, the apartment has two real bedrooms, a small, but cozy living room and kitchen, which offers has ample cupboards and counter space. All the rooms, including bathroom and the kitchen have windows. Affordable laundry service is directly downstairs. The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment, offering privacy and extra space. $1900/month and $1900 deposit.
