Subletting room in a cozy apartment @ 159 Bleecker

Hello Folks, I am subletting my room in this cozy apartment at 159 Bleecker Street in the heart of Greenwich Village and Soho. Ideally move in day would be between May 18~31 and move out during August or July if need be. This is a 5th floor apartment with a Gym and washer/dryer below the lobby. The are two rotating doormen during the afternoon and nighttime and they go by the names of Jack and Will. Both of these guys are incredibly friendly and I have befriended them (that's just me :P). I have and you will have a friendly, clean, and kind roommate by the name of Joey,. We are both students at NYU. I am looking to work abroad this summer with my younger brother. Rent is $5018 split in two and the Wifi is $52 total. You will be very close to many delicious restaurants and cool bars and the subways are ridiculously close and efficient. Feel free to ask me any questions about the apartment, neighbors, amenities, the neighborhoods of Soho and Greenwich Village, and anything else on your minds :).
