Spacious true 1BR apartment in Greenwich Village, ~3 min walk from Union Sq and 5 min walk from Washington Sq Park. ~5 walk from virtually every subway in Manhattan. Perfect combo of location and great setup.

Apartment comes furnished - the living room is set up quite nice with a 65” TV on a Lazzoni Entertainment Center + a modular ABC Home + Carpet Couch that retails for ~10k (treat my baby well please!) Dining room table. Standing desk + ergonomic office chair. I work from here 5 days of the week, and aside from the normal wfh anxiety + lack of human interaction- it’s truly a great work-from-home setup.

Bedroom is spacious - plenty of closet space. I’ll empty the dresser completely for you to use. Unpack and make this home for 3-6 months!

If there’s a downside - the bathroom is a little small. But come on- it’s New York. You can’t have everything to spec for a reasonable price! Trust me, I looked at 20+ apartments in the neighborhood before finding this gem.
