I am going abroad from end of December through end of April and am looking to sublet my room. I have two roommates in finance who work long hours but enjoy going out when they have free time. This is one bedroom with a nice living space and a bathroom shared with the other two roommates. They don't really cook so you would have a lot of kitchen access.
The room has a queen bed and ample storage space in a shelved closet. Not room for desk in the room but the room is adjacent to the kitchen where I have a large standing desk set up for you to use. Location is ideal right off of 6th Ave but away from the noise.
