Great apartment on 140th St.

Hi all,

Looking for a new roommate in a cool apartment (hopefully through the end of May).

About the apartment:
$1,200 per month for the large bedroom
(plus utilities and internet which should be about $100/month)
10' x 14.5' bedroom
bedroom is not furnished, living room is
bedroom does not have a closet but you can use the closet right between bedroom and bathroom
Shared living room/kitchen
On the second floor
On West 140th St. near Broadway
Near the 1 (137th St.) and A/B/C/D (145th St.)

About me:
34 y/o cis, straight male
full time graduate student (psychology)
part time massage therapist and admin
former actor, midwesterner, scuba diver, gamer...

Let me know what other questions you may have.

Alternatively, if you'd like to take over the entire apartment lease (just under $2,400/mo. and ends May 31, 2017), that might work just as well.
