Spacious room in Hamilton Heights

Room available in a 2br apartment in Hamilton Heights, close to grocery stores, bars and restaurants. Apt is at 151 and Broadway, about a five minute walk from the 1 train, 10-15 min from the A/C/D/B. M4/M5 bus lines pick up right outside the apartment as well. The building is quiet and very well maintained, and has an elevator and laundry room.

The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is furnished. The room is large (about 12'x11.5'), and can fit a full sized bed plus more furniture. The room also has a closet and large window.

I'm a PhD student studying neuroscience, usually in the lab on weekdays from ~9-6, as well as on some weekends. In my free time I like to play guitar, go to concerts, cook, play video games, and run. I'll have guests over sometimes but not all the time. I'm pretty laid back and am open to anyone who is respectful, clean, and willing to communicate. Open to short term rentals but would prefer long term. Lease goes until next August, with the option to renew.
