Large Sunny Bedroom

I have a large sunny private bedroom that will be available at the end of April (May 1st). The room is 14x14 feet, 10 foot ceilings, with south facing windows and west facing (corner room). Wood floors.

There are three of us currently -
There are no pets allowed.
The building is on the same block (right down stairs) as the #1 train station at 145th st and bway - one stop from City College and 3 stops from Columbia. We are also 3 blocks from the A, D, B and C trains on St Nicholas ave.
Plenty of food shops and restaurants, Starbucks and yoga spots.
A state park is one block away on Riverside Drive (tennis courts, swimming pools and ice and roller skate rink).

I'm looking for responsible, dependable, reliable folk, who are conscious about keeping the common spaces clean (bathroom/kitchen etc.), and paying rent on time. There is no time limit, just at least a 30 day notice in advance of leaving.

The rent is 1,085 a month(gas, electric, and water is included in this). There is a one month deposit required in advance.
