Available Feb 1. This is a simple room available to someone who is look for a clean comfortable room for a short term period.

The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The train station is a five minute walk away. I also have a Queen size air mattress available for extra guest. My apartment is on the first floor. I?m the only person that lives in the apartment. The kitchen is the only common area. I do not have a living room
