You will be on a 12 MONTH lease WITH your roommates and you will need to be approved like you would any apartment lease, be ready to provide a tax return, paystubs, bank statement, proof of employment, ID etc.

***All applicants must earn 40X the rent (about 30k minimum yearly income) and have a minimum credit score of 650***

(guarantors need to earn 80x rent and credit minimum of 660)

Room #1-$750 (No Closet)
Room #2-$825
Room #3-$850
Room #4-Taken by young female student

You are in one of the most historic parts of Manhattan and a short walking commute to a ton of great restaurants and bars in your area plus an easy subway commute to Midtown/Upper West Side.
