This apartment is located on the first floor (easy to move-in!) and is one minute away from the 1 train, which can bring you from Brooklyn to the Bronx with ease! Only 25 minutes from midtown!

Shared common rooms includes a cute spacious living room offering tons of light overlooking tree-lined neighborhood street, fully-stocked and ready-to-use kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a large shared bathroom!

Each bedroom has a large closet, and can accommodate a full-sized bed!

Room 1 - $1025
Room 2 - $1100
