July room Sublet

I've got a bedroom available in my apartment for a July sublet. The room is currently furnished with a twin bed and has a window and a giant closet! If you don't need the bed it can be moved out of the room. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, so you could either share with me or have your own. There is a washer and dryer in unit and utilities run about $60/pp per month for electric and Wifi.

The apartment is close to the 145th 1 train and the ACBD line trains. There are numerous bars and restaurants in the area and 3 grocery stores within walking distance. We're located close to Riverside Park and Riverbank State Park if you enjoy being outdoors. The apartment gets good sunlight and is on the 2nd floor of a 5th floor walk-up (one set of stairs to get to our door). We also have direct access to the Chipped Cup outdoor seating, perfect for summer morning coffee and afternoon tea!

No smokers,. Please be clean and considerate and able to pay bills in full and on time. A security deposit of $500 will be required upon move in and will be returned in full so long as nothing has been damaged.

You'll be living with me for the month and I have a small dog who will be there for a part of the summer. I currently work full time for Columbia University Libraries, enjoy cooking and a good glass of wine, and like being able to relax at home. Dates for the sublet are flexible, as my roommate does not yet know the exact date of her return from abroad.
