I'm looking to sublet my room starting August 1st. It's located on 150th and Broadway and is by the A, C,B, D and 1 lines (takes me 25 mins to get to work and I work in lower Manhattan). I have 2 quiet, neat roommates who both have docile cats. There's a Laundromat right next to the building and a ton of bars/restaurants in the area. The apt is also by the water and a beautiful city park (Riverside Park).
My lease ends September 30th so you have the option to renew if you like. It's first month's rent + $250 deposit (in case of damages) that will be returned after the lease expires.
