Cozy artist space

Hi,
The available bedroom is big enough to accommodate a full size bed and a work table (see photo. Note: the room is unfurnished. A furnished room is available if interested. Both rooms are also available to rent if interested).

The apartment is in a quiet building on the fourth floor with no elevator. It is directly across the street from City College and about a 15 minute commute to Columbia University.

Most weeks I’ll spend all my nights at my partner’s place which means you’ll have the place to yourself nearly all of the time. There is a third bedroom in the apartment which I use as my studio. I plan on using the studio one to two afternoons per week at most.
