looking for someone who would like to sublet my room while I am away in India. The whole apartment has beautiful, bohemian decor, is cozy and quiet and is impeccably clean. The room has a queen size bed, storage in dresser and closet, lots of privacy. You?d be sharing the apartment with my roommate, a young female professional that works 9-6, and enjoys watching tv in the living room.

Full equipped kitchen with everything you may need to cook. Cozy living room with an Apple TV, and dining table. Bathroom has a tub if you like to take baths.

You must be ok with cats. I have a cat named Baby who is really friendly. Past sub letters have said that Baby was good company and was a perk

There are lots of bars and restaurants, grocery stores, riverside park, 3 blocks away from the 1 train. 10 minute walk from the ABCD line. 20 minute ride to Times Square.

Looking for someone who is chill and clean. Must be cat friendly.
