Hello, this room is located on 136st and Broadway. I am looking for someone who is responsible, quiet, clean, and trustworthy. If you are none the above please do not respond. The apartment has 1 other person and myself living. We are both extremely quiet and active. You can use the kitchen to fulfill your needs but I require cleanliness above all when finished. The kitchen is in excellent condition. There is a laundromat 30 secs away from the building where you can wash your clothes. You are required to clean bathroom once a week. If you are not going to clean it then there is a fee associated with that.
No guests are allowed at this time.
