Room in Hamilton Heights Apartment

Hello! My name is Ryan and I?m a 21 year old media student at Hunter. The other two roommates are Stephanie, who is 31 and works in fitness, and Thalia, who is also a student. We?re looking for someone to sign a year lease ASAP, who is laid back, cleanly, and enjoys hanging out. The apartment is a 4 bedroom 2 bath so you would share a bathroom with Stephanie. The room comfortably fits a full size bed, and has a closet. The apartment is a 2 minute walk from the one train and a 10 minute walk to the express ACBD. It?s off of Broadway, so there are plenty of bars, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. We?re pretty laid back and aren?t loud so looking for someone who respects this. We?re okay with smoking and animals, to an extent! Utilities usually come to $50-60 per person. Please have a reference. Pictures are the landlords? from when we first moved in, and they?ll be updated when everyone moves out and boxes aren?t everywhere! The living room is partially furnished.
