A large room is available in our 3 bedroom apartment starting August 1st. The rent is $1300/month with 2 months free on a 12 month lease, heat and hot water included. The net effective rent is $1083.33. The room has its own closet and enough space to fit a queen-sized bed, dresser, nightstand and other furniture. Room dimensions are roughly 15' x 10'. The room has 3 windows, with lots of natural light!

The apartment has a modern feel and has been recently renovated, with a washer and dryer, full kitchen with dishwasher, and a large, separate living room.
Both roommates are females working in research in Manhattan. We are clean and quiet. We are both fully vaccinated and COVID-conscience. We are open to both male and female roommates, but prefer someone who is similarly clean and does not smoke. The apartment is close to the A, B, C, D and 1 lines.
