The Apartment:

- The apartment is good-sized and well laid out to maximize space and feel more homey. I absolutely love this place and what we?ve been able to do with it over the last year.
- The entire kitchen has been updated with GE appliances. Original hardwood flooring in the living room and bedrooms, not to mention a beautiful brick wall in the living room!!
- Management is always on top of repairs and has been extremely helpful with any little issues we have had over the last year.
- Pets are allowed with approval. I?d personally be more than happy to welcome your furry friend.

Location:
- The complex is located just up the street from the 137th St-City College 1 station and an 8 minute walk from the 135th St C/B Station down the park with an easy transfer to the A/E/D trains at 125th St.
- St Nicholas Park and Riverbank State Park are both beautiful to walk through in nice weather!
- This is a perfect location for City College students as it is literally up the block as well Columbia students with campus only a couple stops away.

About me:
I am a 23-year-old full-time Pet Care Specialist (basically a dog walker, but with the occasional cat visit and pet sitting) at Throw Me A Bone and a part-time usher at the 92nd St Y. I likely won?t be ushering for quite a bit with the impact COVID-19 has had on large gatherings, so my current work schedule is roughly 10-5, depending on how many clients I have that day. I?m pretty quiet and easygoing. I love to cook, read, sew, watch shows, and occasionally play the ukulele in my free time. Photography has been put on the back burner as of late, but when I'm not too busy I also love going on photo walks or doing a little session with friends.
