Large Room with alot of light in Hamiltion heights

Hello!
A spacious large bedroom in a 4 bedroom apartment in Hamilton heights right by the river. I am currently a marketing student and working remotely so I am available to show the apartment at anytime. A good size kitchen with one bathroom and a spacious living room. The bedroom has one closet fits a queen size bed with a lot of space for a desk , vanity , tv, and furniture. Amazing lighting 4 big windows overlooking the front street. Just a security deposit of $915 and all utilities included except ConEd. (split between 4 people, roughly $18 a month)
Utilities include Wifi.

The apartment is well kept , if any problems there is a live in super in the building. You are just responsible to clean after yourself and maintain a good environment. The area has plenty of restaurants (outside dinning right now , take out, or delivery) bars, supermarkets, and corner stores.

I am in interested in subletting my room as we all know this pandemic changed all of our plans and I don't find the need for me to be in the state as often. I travel back and forth from Miami to NY since both classes and work is remotely at the moment. My roommates are very peaceful and easy going , they are barely home so the apartment is empty for the most part. Overnight guest are welcome or just a friendly gathering as well, there is plenty of space so it should not be a problem .
