Large Furnished Room In Hamilton Heights

Hello-

I am looking to fill the large room in my apartment with the option to renew come March 1. The unit will be shared with myself and there is a shared living room. The apartment has in-unit washing machine and dishwasher.

It is perfect for someone working from home, or a student, as the room is big and has a desk! Wifi is included.

The room can come furnished- including- bedframe, desk, and dresser.

Small pets are allowed and very welcome:)

I am looking for a clean and respectful roommate. I am pretty laid back and would love a nice space to come back. I usually watch movies or tv at night. I like to cook and am always making coffee in different ways. I will say, for the sake of the times, not many visitors are welcome. Typically I love having people over, but not for the forseeable future. I have many plants, but am not very good with them- so if you are that would be great!
