THE HOME
• Beautiful, 3 br, 1 bath, apartment with open kitchen / living room / dining room
• This is a 3 bedroom apartment that could suit 2 or 3 people well. All rooms available beginning April 1
• Apartment will have been freshly painted
• Master bedroom has closet
• Upon move-in, the unit will be unfurnished
• Kitchen appliances including gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, pre-owned toaster
• Shower has retractable showerhead/hose that I recently installed (brand new)
• Spectrum/ConEd accounts are to be set up in your name
• Rent payment is made online through property management resident portal
• Landlord is very nice and the live-in super is as well
• There is an unfurnished rooftop! It is generally not used by most residents but has a lot of open space.
• The buildings hallways on the 2nd floor to the 6th (top floor) are a nice red brick
• The entrance to the building is recessed and is wheelchair accessible.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Near City College, Food Universe, the Grange, Fumo, Oso, Avrilililly’s Bakery, Columbia University, and more. A great laundromat, The Wash, is a block away. Duane Reade at 137th St 1 train stop. An easy, short bus ride to Whole Foods at 125th St, about a 10 minute walk to the post office at 146th, City MD and CVS at 145th & Broadway.
Neighbors are friendly, and the building is across the street from a church and the fire department.

OTHER INFO
A conversation with the landlord would be necessary re: pets. ESA is permitted (10 lbs or under.) I was not allowed pets per my lease, but there are other tenants in the building with dogs. No washer/dryer allowed in the unit.
