The room itself fits a queen bed but more comfortably fits a full or a twin. I painted the walls myself but the landlord is open to it if you choose to repaint a different color! There are French glass doors to the room that are frosted so no one can see in.
The living room is very large with a huge TV. The living room gets tons of light which is great if you're a plant person like me! Lots of extra storage in the hallway closets as well as the pantry area. Hardwood floors throughout. Kitchen is freshly renovated and has a dishwasher as well. The apartment has washer/dryer in unit as well as more washers and dryers in the basement.
Lease is up July 31st with option to resign the lease!
The area is great with lots of amazing restaurants and coffee shops (great for studying and reading!)
You would be living with two other people, one of which is a professional female, 20s.
