Sublease in Harlem

I’M NOT IN THE CITY MY ROOMMATE WILL SHOW YOU THE ROOM/APT.

I have a room available in Harlem/Hamilton heights area. It’s a sublease, It’s from FEBRUARY 1st (you can move in early)until March 31 and you can choose to sign the lease with the ladies April 1st. No deposit is required. Wifi changes so it’s between $20-40 and utilities usually about $40-80 depending on use. Water is included. The ladies are laid back and pretty easy going. Looking for a clean person but does not mind dishes being left in the sink for a day. The apartment was renovated about 5 years ago so it’s a nice apartment. It’s a 5th floor walk up. It has two closets. A coffee shop across the street and st. Nicholas park in the back. I have a desk, ikea dresser and a twin mattress that is about to be a year old It’s still good and clean. Only has a drink stain and no bugs. It can fit a full size bed but I recommend a day bed(twin)to have a larger space and look to it.
