Two professional women (one is a lawyer, the other works in the non-profit sector) who are laidback and for the most part, to themselves. I hang out in the living room sometimes, but for the most part it's pretty empty.
About the area:
Super super convenient and beautiful. One minute walk to the A, B. C, D train. One minute walk to the M3 bus. Four minute walk to the M101 bus. 10 minute walk to the 1 train. There are tons of restaurants near us on St. Nicholas, Edgemont and Amsterdam.

Very spacious! Central heating. Super beautiful. Oh and did I mention that it's already furnished? You would only have to worry about furnishing your room!
