Looking for a subletter to take over the remainder of my lease ending August 31st. Largest bedroom in a 5th floor 3BR 1Bath apartment in Hamilton Heights. $1100 per month, and about $40 in utilities. Apartment building includes electronic front door entry and a call box that allows entry of visitors/deliveries with cell phone.

Will be living with 2 female roommates both work in film/tv and theater.

Room is furnished and includes a closet, full size bed, dresser, desk, TV and shelves. Just bring yourself and some bedding!

Apartment is less than a 2 minute walk from the 137 St stop on the 1 train with many awesome restaurants, coffee shops, bodegas and an incredible laundromat on the same block. Located right across the street from City College.

Looking for someone clean, kind, respectful and gets along with roommates. When applying I’d like to have a quick FaceTime meet and greet just to get a feel for how well you’d get along with the existing roommates
