Cozy Apartment

Hi! My name is Mayra and I am 29yrs old. I have a small, cozy apartment that I love. I like to maintain things fairly organized and clean. I value transparency, good communication and I would like a roommate who is also organized and doesn’t have pets since my building doesn’t allow it, bummer. We don’t have to be best friends but I would like to have a drama free living space. The apartment is a block away from the 1 train and fairly close to the A B C D trains. We have bodegas everywhere and awesome restaurants on every other corner. Riverbank state park is minutes away. There’s a laundry room in the basement and the rooftop is accessible.
