-December 15th or Jan 1st Move-in

(5th floor apartment)

-Heat/Water Included
(Electricity and Wifi split between roommates)

-Video tour available

*All applicants must earn 40X the rent (about 40k-48k minimum yearly income) and have a minimum credit score of 650

WE ACCEPT GUARANTORS (guarantors need to earn 80x rent and have a minimum credit score of 660)

To move in you will need:
-First month's rent
-One month broker fee (equals one month rent)
-$20 application fee for a credit/background check
(NO SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED)

*Proof of employment and additional supporting documents will be required for the application process

Room Breakdown base on size/location:
1st Room $1000 good for Full size bed
2nd Room-$1050 good for Queen size bed
3rd Room-$1100 good for Queen size bed
4th Room-$1150 good for Queen size bed
5th Room-$1200 good for Queen size bed
