Private Room in great building

We own a two bedroom apartment on a tree-lined street. With remote working have not been spending as much time in NYC. We are both fully vaccinated.

We are seeking a friendly, tidy, & reliable roommate.

The apartment is in a nice and clean building. The private room is large and mostly furnished. (There is a platform bed frame, but you would need to supply the mattress). Nightstand, chest of drawers, mirror, window A/C, and bed frame are included. Utilities, maintenance, and internet are included.

There is a police station across the street.

The building has a small elevator and there is a 24-hour laundry room in the basement.
