To move in you will need
-first month's rent
-broker fee (equals one month rent)
-$20 application fee for a credit/background check
(NO SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED)

You will be on a 12 MONTH and you will need to be approved like you would any New York City apartment lease, be prepared to provide a tax return/W2, paystubs, bank statement, proof of employment, and ID. NOTE: YOU WILL ONLY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR SHARE OF THE RENT

*All applicants must earn 40X the rent (about 40k-46k minimum annual income) and have a minimum credit score of 650.

Guarantors/Co-signers are accepted if you do not meet the above requirements
(guarantors need to earn 80x rent and have a minimum credit score of 700)

Room Breakdown based on size/location:
Room #1-$1025 good for Full/Queen size bed
Room #2-$1075 good for Queen size bed
Room #3-$1125 good for Queen size bed
Room #4-$1175 good for Queen size bed
