Large room available for February 1 Move-in

Due to job relocation, I’m renting out my large room in a post-war elevator apartment building in Hamilton Height, with on-site super and secured areas. Amazing neighborhood with grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and sugar hill creamery!

Nearby subway stops are 1 & C trains. Both 145th and 157th are walkable distance. 20-30 minutes to midtown area.

The room you are taking over is a large room, which can fit a queen size bed, a standing mirror, a working desk, an arm chair and a night stand. Those are exactly what i currently have with me in the room.

This room will come as unfurnished. The above information is just to give you an idea of the room size.

You will be sharing the apartment with another two male professionals. In their 30s. Both are clean and respectful, and expect you to be the same. Shared access are the living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. And did I mention, washer/dryer in unit?!
