Doorman, Furnished Room Building

Hello!
I'm looking for a roommate to share a spacious 2 bedroom apt. Nice location. Building is 4 years old. I apologize if someone flags this post, it appears that someone that I did not allow to move in is trying to stop someone else from moving in. So childish.

-The room is 10' x 14'. furnished with 2 windows facing a quiet residential street There is a closet plus extra closet space available throughout the apt.
-Furnished living room
-Large bathroom with a huge window
-Large modern, clean kitchen
-Elevator, doorman ,well maintained condo bldg with laundry in the apt.

The neighborhood:
The historic Sugar Hill section of Harlem, right at the intersection of west Harlem and Hamilton Heights. Diverse neighborhood has tree lined streets, gorgeous brownstones, is very safe and family oriented. Grocery store, banks, Duane Reade, Starbucks, gym, dry cleaning all close by.

AC/DB trains are only 3 blks away! 10min to Columbus Circle on the express train. Columbia University is nearby. City College is walking distance. 1 train is 5blks away. Very convenient location.

About me:
I'm a young professional who is friendly, quiet, laidback, and very clean. I like art, film, music, comedy, sports, etc.

About you:
I prefer someone who is a professional or student, quiet, respectful of sharing space, responsible (pays rent on time). Cleanliness is a must esp in common spaces.

Also no smoking or drugs.

The room is available now. I'm looking for someone to stay until next Aug or *at least* a minimum of 3 months.

rent is $900 & this includes gas, electricity, water, wifi- We can negotiate how much you apy

first + security = $1800 for move in ...if you cant afford security, I can work with you
