Spacious Room in Vibrant Harlem

The Lease: For a large bedroom (manhattan standards) within a 2bdr Harlem walkup. The room is actually the larger of the two, but I have the better view (hah!). This would be great for someone looking for a short term place (as few as 3months). You will be responsible for January, February and March rent. We can extend the length of stay as needed.

The Room: As mentioned, this is the largest room in the house (9 x 16). It has high ceilings and a funky trapezoid shape so there is quite a bit of space for stuffs and maybe an in home workout (do you). The room is already furnished with a comfy full sized memory foam mattress on a metal bed frame. Another big plus is the double closet space for all the fashionistas. There's a lock on your bedroom door and the bedrooms are at total opposite ends of the apt for needed privacy.

The Apartment:

- 5 min walk from 125th A, B, C, D trains.
- adjacent to St. Nicholas Park
- 15 min away from City College (up the hill)
- Huge laundry facility a few doors down
- Decent grocery (foodtown) a few doors down
- utilities (internet and electric) included

It's a railroad layout, so the shared space that separates the bedrooms is slender. It resembles an art gallery when the sunlight hits it just right. Speaking of natural light, this space gets a good amount of rays and it's quite refreshing in the morning time. We share a decent sized bathroom that I keep clean. The kitchen is also technically the living room but there is plenty of space. We have a nook with a little cafe table, book shelf and a medium sized couch.

- There will be music coming from my room often, but I try to keep it at a reasonable volume.
