I have a room available (room B in the attached floorplan) in a converted 3 BDRM / 1 BA apartment with a small living room on the 5th floor of an elevator building. The building has a newly renovated lobby, a laundry room and a virtual doorman.

Rent INCLUDES housekeeping of common areas twice monthly and fully furnished bedrooms complete with brand new bed and mattress, dresser and sofa.

Please have good credit and income or be prepared to have a guarantor.

The existing tenant occupying the small bedroom is a 24 yr old guy who works in the media/advertising industry. The roommate in the large room is a 34 yr old professional working in HR. They preferr male roommates but are also open to female roommates.
