I am looking for a someone to take over my lease at my AWESOME apartment! The lease expires on June 1st with an option to renew. I have some flexibility with the move-in date, but would prefer the first week of Feb.

You will be sharing the apartment with my roommate who is a super cool mid 30s professional. She is clean, respectful, and totally laid back. She has cats and would prefer someone who likes cats also and more than just tolerate them (they are super friendly and cuddly).

* lots of space for storage
* vaulted ceilings
* laundry in building
* you will have your OWN FULL BATHROOM and HUGE BEDROOM that is large enough to fit a queen or king bed, dresser(s), and desk!
* bedrooms are separated by kitchen and living room so it is very QUIET and PRIVATE.
* awesome roof deck with lounge chairs and twinkle lights! Perfect for soaking up the summer sun :)
