There's a laundry room in the basement the building has an elevator. The area is safe and offers a lot of amenities such as gyms, restaurants, 24 hrs supermarket, banks etc. I am a block away from the 3 train and a few blocks from the A, B, C & D trains, and on same block as the M2 bus.
I am looking for a quiet, respectful, mature and clean roommate. In order to move in a deposit of $1000+month's rent will be required. You will also need proof of income and identity.
