Near MetroNorth (125th St.), very sunny, modern, clean and uncluttered. The west side express trains and limited buses (east side) are nearby. Queen size room furnished according to your preferences. Small (vegan) kitchen is adequate and updated. My schedule will not interfere with yours (opposite schedules) when preparing for work. Entry area has seating and soft mats for shoes. Laundry/dry cleaning services are available.

Weekly $350 (cost is negotiable based on your needs)

Monthly: $1, 000 (monthly air conditioning/utility above $50, broadband, TV are extra)

I am an educator working on a project that will help parents with autistic children and aging parents that are ill. I travel, enjoy music, writing, exploring nature and meeting new people.

I will be scheduling appointments by phone. I'm free to speak by phone this week after 8pm your time Tues-Thurs (I'm traveling) and can meet this Friday.
