Furnished Room in Harlem w/ Beautiful Roof

Nice room furnished with a full bed, dresser, and fan. There is a closet and storage area in the room as well. Available December 10 to January 10 with possibility to take over the lease if someone is interested in a fantastic 2 bedroom. I will be away for some of the holidays. Will consider couples who are interested in taking over the lease.

I've lived in the building for 8 years and love it. The location couldn't be better! Half block from express 2/3 trains and short walk to ACBD and 4/5/6 on 125th street. The real gem is the roof though. It is a quiet, peaceful getaway with beautiful views of Harlem and even the Empire State Building. Marcus Garvey Park is one block away and Central Park is only a 15 minute walk away.

The apartment is good-sized with a large living room and modern kitchen with dishwasher. couch, chairs, coffee table, and dining table in living room plus all kitchen utensils, pots and pans, plates, etc. that one could hope for.

Please note that the bathroom is connected to both bedrooms with a private entrance from both rooms. There are locks on both doors for full privacy. Furniture in pictures is different than the furniture in the apartment, FYI.

I'm a mid-30s professional and leaseholder of this great Harlem apartment. My interests include swimming, reading, cooking, and traveling.

Rental requirements: Deposit of $1,000 and full rent up front. Signed agreement available. If you are interested in taking over the lease after Jan 15, please let me know.
