This is a 3 bedroom apartment with two occupants in a quiet living quarters. The building is a co-op. I am looking for a quiet and clean roommate that is respectful of other space and privacy. This is a place to lay your head and rest. It is a quite, clean and friendl building.

Two grocery stores are near by and Jackie Robinson park is one block way. It will take you less then 20 minutes to get to downtown and Yankee stadium is right over the bridge. This household is very chilled and clean.
