We have everything available for the common areas including the kitchen. The bedroom that is available has two closets, and can accommodate a king size bed with plenty of extra space. The apartment is massive, with a huge living room area. We are very clean and looking for someone that will respect common spaces. We have a 2 year old french bulldog named Winston - he is the best and loves people. AJ works in HR for a consulting firm, and Eric works in hotel management.
The neighborhood is amazing with loads on restaurants and bars. If you're a runner, we live just next to the west side highway and a few large parks. Fairway Market is just a 10 minute walk away, the best one in Manhattan. The 1 train (145 st) is located just two blocks north.
