We are in a 5 floor walkup and on the 5th floor. There is a live-in Super for all maintenance needs. Rent includes Water, Heating, and Gas. Internet/Electric are split or covered by the single tenant.
To secure the apt for yourself, simply provide 1 month security and 1 month for first month's and we're set. Move in is anytime after March 1.
Super convenient location: Red line "1" Train at 125th, one block away. Also- the B, C, D, and A trains also available. Commute to work with ease on the two available Express trains. I get to the bottom of Manhattan every day in 20 minutes or less without issue.
The area is safe and full of great spots for food, eat-in and or takeout/delivery.

We have two laundromats/cleaners 1 block away. Grocery shopping is also easy with 4 or 5 in the immediate area. Whole foods is also very close by on 97th street.
